What modalities do you use?

My approach to coaching, healing, and energy work is rooted in over 20 years of studying various modalities including BodyTalk, BreakThrough, SourcePoint Therapy, Cardinal Method of Life Connection, BioGeometry®, Yuen Method, and contemporary performance, along with hundreds of hours studying Body-Mind Centering®, Byron Katie’s The Work, Fitzmaurice Voicework, Alexander Technique, Franklin Method, Feldenkrais Method, psychotherapy, yoga, and Ayurveda, all of which feed my continuous exploration of a greater awareness and expression of self. I maintain my BodyTalk certification through continued study with the International BodyTalk Association and have completed all of their Advanced Module training.

What can I do to support the work?

I will give you a solid list of Action Steps in your one-on-one work and in your group work. These may include mindset strategies to take on new behaviors, simple exercises, meditation, tapping out your Cortices, or various self-application healing techniques. You can also rewatch or re-listen to your invidual sessions or the group sessions whenever your choose. Most of the courses have a Private Course Page that you can access for life! Please also be in touch with followup questions or feedback, both of which can help anchor the work. Remember, the more you put into your own process, the more you get out of it! I am happy to provide the steps and cheer you on, and then it’s up to you to make the leap!

What Our Clients Are Saying…

"I found Christal's Steps & Stages on social media and heard the artist, the advocate, and the activist all came together in one beautiful mentoring voice. Through listening to Christal's monologues I have come to appreciate that Christal possess a rare combination of humility, honesty, and compassion. She is a brilliant and embodied artist, and to know her is to seek to be the same - living in truth, living in creativity, and following a path of self and community discovery. She is a gem and I have the utmost respect for her craft and her leadership."

Mary McCarthy, Higher Education Administrator

"I am wholeheartedly grateful for the time, energy, support, and spirit that Christal devoted to working in solidarity with us throughout our four-week course. She not only was a phenomenal course facilitator, but she also molded a space which made me feel wholly welcome to express myself in an unguarded way in the company of my peers. This is tough to do over a Zoom call; Christal nailed it."
