Coach Christal enrolls 5 private clients per year. Private clients receive a tailored growth plan that is conducted via zoom, phone, or in person meetings.

Coach Christal works alongside private clients in a more intimate setting. Applicants who want to work with Coach Christal 1:1 should be ready for a process of mental, spiritual, physical and emotional growth.

VIP Coaching with Christal

1:1 Coaching begins with a VIP Day Package.

This 4-hour work day helps you get to the root of what’s needed to create big shifts in your life. You’ll gain powerful awareness around what’s keeping your life where it is now and precise steps to start moving forward.

This Package also includes an 8-week integration period.

If you need more support to reach your goals, Christal works with clients in 3-month or 12-month Programs. This includes VIP Days plus ongoing sessions each month to support you in your journey.

Depending on what you need, Christal will use honest questioning, movement, energy medicine tools, and strategic steps to support your fullest expression and potential.

Everything is done with LOVE.

With the exception of VIP Days, which can be done in-person or via Zoom, all sessions happen via Zoom. You’re given concrete Action Steps, Resources, and Tools to support lasting change.
