At Steps and Stages we believe that a successful transformation is built through confidence, clarity and community. Joining a VisionBuilder Cohort allows you to jump start your transformation by introducing yourself to a stranger. Each year Coach Christal works with 3 cohorts of no more that 20 clients. These intimate cohorts are the bedrock of the Steps and Stages Community. Clients find accountability, honesty, rigor, and fun with this structure, and grow beyond what they could have ever imagined.
